Free Returns to the United States

We offer Free Returns within the United States when you use our prepaid return shipping label.  See details below.

Return Policy

Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 15 days of your order’s original shipment date. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and please provide a photo of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”
    • Final sale items also cannot be exchanged

Enchanted Life reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Return Instructions

Please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package. If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each item.

Your return must be sent (or postmarked) within 15 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligibles

For returns:

  1. Fill out and include your packing slip in the return package
  2. Sign into your Enchanted Life account
  3. Click on “View All” next to Order History
  4. Click on Print Return Label to download the label
  5. Securely tape the label to the outside of your return package
  6. Bring your return package to a U.S. Post Office

Please note: not all packages are delivered in resealable bags due to the quantity of items and/or shipping method selected.

Enchanted Life is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer free shipping on all exchange orders within the continental United States via Standard shipping. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of shipment date.

To make an exchange with free Standard shipping:

  1. Place a new order for the item(s) you want
  2. Send an email to Customer Care at help@enchantedlife.com

Shipping

Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order.

APO/FPO and PO Boxes

We apologize that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Policy and Terms

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from EnchantedLife.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

FREE Shipping Promotions

  • Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service only.
  • FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.

Standard Ground Shipping

Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS and USPS, delivering packages to you more efficiently. UPS will deliver your package to your local post office, where your postal carrier will make the final delivery to your door or mailbox.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is still available through UPS and will indicate the estimated delivery date.

This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

This shipping method is the only shipping method available for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air

This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii addresses only.

ENCHANTED LIFE Processing Time

Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days.

Security

For your own security, you won’t be able to submit an order on EnchantedLife.com if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code doesn’t match your credit card statement.

EnchantedLife.com requires you to enter the correct security code with every purchase. We will not remember your security code.
